Shipping Policy

All orders over the value of R999 will be delivered free of charge.
Any order less than R999 will be charged a standard courier fee of R120.
Deliveries occur Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).

Order/Shipping change requests should be submitted to surface@core.co.za

Core Computer Business (Pty) Ltd. is not liable for any incorrect order or delivery in which an error in the information that you have provided was made. We will however endeavour to ensure efficient service is received.

You acknowledge that the delivery of your order may be impacted by events beyond Core Groups control, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action. Core Group is not liable for late deliveries of products purchased through the Core Groups website. Core Group will, however, try to ensure a smooth delivery process.
